Netom terms
These Terms govern use of Netom. Review and agree to them and the Privacy Policy before using the service.

These Terms apply to all Netom features. Creating an account, logging in, or using Netom constitutes acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Feature-specific notices and guidelines also form part of these Terms.
You must be legally able to use the service. Minors must obtain guardian consent where applicable. Use an authentication account you control and keep registration information accurate.
You are responsible for login, device, and connected-account security. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use. Lending, selling, impersonation, and authentication bypass are prohibited. We may require reauthentication, limit features, or invalidate sessions for security.
Even for friends-only or owner-only settings, Netom displays the account's basic profile shell and appearance in profile pages and search. Detailed content such as links, Pickups, and Connected Accounts follows visibility settings. We cannot guarantee removal of earlier search/social caches or third-party copies. Do not publish secrets.
You must have all rights and permissions needed for submitted text, images, links, and other content. Ownership remains with you or the lawful owner. You grant Netom a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license limited to hosting, converting, backing up, displaying, distributing, searching, moderating, and improving the service. It normally ends on deletion, subject to backups, legal duties, and prior sharing.
You must not engage in illegal acts, infringement, impersonation, fraud, threats, harassment, exploitation, phishing, malware, credential theft, unauthorized access, security bypass, abusive automation, scraping, load attacks, excessive registrations/uploads, limit evasion, manipulation of reports or Nest, or any conduct that unreasonably burdens Storage, databases, networks, display, users, or operations.
External services are operated separately and apply their own terms. Verified only confirms control of an external account; it is not identity verification, KYC, truth certification, or provider endorsement. Integrations may become unavailable due to provider changes, review, restrictions, incidents, or security needs.
Nest Coin, materials, tickets, decorations, levels, Prestige, and other digital elements are service records usable only within Netom. They are not currency, crypto-assets, electronic money, prepaid value, property, or cash value, and currently cannot be sold, transferred, redeemed, or refunded. We may rebalance, correct, expire, or reset them for bugs, abuse, beta operation, or design changes. Paid sales require updated terms and disclosures before launch.
Netom is under continuing development, including beta operation. Features, limits, storage, integrations, and visibility mechanisms may be tested, changed, suspended, or ended. We aim to announce material changes, but urgent security, incident, or provider changes may occur without advance notice. Keep your own copies of important content.
For violations, reports, infringement, safety, abuse, or legal needs, we may hide or remove content, disconnect integrations, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, and preserve evidence or logs. Where available and not urgent, we may provide a reason or appeal path. We do not undertake to monitor or guarantee all content.
Netom names, logos, software, interface, designs, documents, and operator-provided materials belong to the operator or lawful owners. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service normally.
Netom is provided as available and as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, permanent storage, accuracy or safety of user content and external links, fitness for a particular purpose, or continued provider integrations. Nothing excludes warranties or duties that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
We are not responsible for matters outside our control, external services, user or third-party conduct, communications failures, or force majeure. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude indirect, special, consequential, lost-profit, and data-loss damages. This does not apply to intentional or grossly negligent conduct or liability that consumer or other applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
You may delete your account through available controls. Related data handling follows the Privacy Policy. If Netom ends, we aim to give reasonable notice except in emergencies. Terms that by nature should survive continue after termination.
We may revise these Terms for legal, feature, safety, or operational reasons. Material revisions will be announced with their effective date by reasonable means. Continued use applies the revised Terms unless law requires separate consent.
Japanese law governs these Terms. Parties should first seek a good-faith resolution; unresolved disputes may be brought before a court with jurisdiction under Japanese law. Contact support@netom.me for terms, infringement, operator information, or other service questions.
