About Netom
Netom is a profile platform for people who build, play, create, share, and belong online. It is designed to help a person show what they have built up over time, not just where they can be found.
What Netom Is
On social networks, posts flow away. In a link-in-bio page, it can be hard to understand what path a person has taken. Trackers and external services may keep numbers, histories, and account records, but those signals are usually split across separate services.
Netom exists because people who live online have more than isolated links or isolated numbers. They have games they have played, ranks they have challenged, works they have made, videos and music they have released, teams and communities they have joined, tools they have used for years, and traces of activity across external accounts.
Netom aims to organize those pieces into one profile foundation that the profile owner can curate and publish in the form they want to show.
- Netom is not just a link collection.
- Netom is a place to organize activity that would otherwise disappear into feeds.
- Netom is a profile for showing what someone has built up online.
The Future We Are Building Toward
Netom is not trying to become a page of numbers alone. We want online activity to be understood as part of a person's value, history, and direction.
For a gamer, that may include ranks, play history, trackers, clips, devices, team experience, and streaming accounts. For a music creator, it may include releases, production setup, credits, and distribution platforms. Illustrators, programmers, game creators, streamers, writers, and community operators each have their own accumulated work.
Netom should let those signals appear as one person's activity, not as disconnected fragments.
- Profile is the person.
- All is the cover of that person.
- Activity Types such as Gamer, Music Creator, Illustrator, Programmer, and Game Creator are lenses for viewing that person.
- One person can naturally be a gamer, a composer, and a developer at the same time.
Creator-first
Netom is creator-first. Here, creator does not only mean someone who draws pictures or makes videos. It means anyone who is building something, practicing something, or accumulating a presence online.
That includes gamers, streamers, music creators, video creators, illustrators, programmers, game creators, writers, community operators, and people active in online hobby culture.
Gamer and FPS profiles are the first deep validation target because they have concrete profile signals: ranks, teams, trackers, clips, devices, and external accounts. But Netom is not a game-only or FPS-only service. The profile patterns learned from gaming should expand toward music, video, creative work, development, writing, and communities.
Verified Connected Accounts
External accounts matter because online activity often lives outside Netom. A Steam account, Discord account, Twitch account, osu! account, YouTube channel, Roblox account, or future provider account can be part of the evidence that a profile is connected to real activity.
In Netom, verification means external account ownership verification. It is not KYC, legal identity verification, real-name verification, or an endorsement by an external service.
The goal is not to collect unlimited external data. Netom is designed to request only what is needed for account ownership verification and for the information the user chooses to display. Public profiles should show saved Netom data, not call heavy external APIs while rendering.
How We Think About Profiles
We believe online activity can carry history and value. A single post cannot always show that. Numbers alone cannot always show that. A short profile title cannot always show that.
Netom should help the profile owner choose, organize, and present those signals in a way that feels trustworthy and understandable. A visitor should be able to see what the person has built up, what they are active in, and where they can be reached.
Netom is aiming to become a home for online activity: a place where the different parts of an online life can stay connected as one person.
